Kathie Duame, a resident of Edwardsville, was appointed to serve her first term as a member of the Edwardsville Township Board of Trustees in March 2019. Duame was then elected in 2021 for a four year term which will expire in 2025. Duame has a record of community service and has an accounting background. As President of the Main Street Community Center’s Board of Directors, Duame has been an advocate for seniors. She has previously volunteered with Glen-Ed Pantry and the Ed-Glen Junior Service Club.

Kathie lived all over the world with her husband who was in the United States Navy. Kathie has lived in the Glen Carbon/Edwardsville area since 2008.
